Harbors For Life

I remember the Cuban missile crisis of 1962 very clearly. I was in high school at the time and avidly following politics and world events. We had a leader, President Kennedy, who was in command with excellent advisors, including his brother, Attorney-General Robert Kennedy. President Kennedy was able, by back-channel diplomacy, to close a deal with Soviet leader Khrushchev by giving him a face-saving arrangement allowing Khrushchev to withdraw the missiles from Cuba, while NATO removed missiles from Turkey. Today, in stark contrast, we have a President who is dangerously incompetent, and those calling the shots, and giving him instructions, are reckless sociopaths. All reading this comment should call their Congressional representatives and advocate for a peace treaty and immediate cease fire. Massive street demonstrations need to be held. THERE IS NO TIME TO WASTE!!

THE RIGHT TO REVOLUTION IS IN THE CORE OF AMERICAN JURISPRUDENCE RECOGNIZED BY THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE BASED ON NATURAL LAW.  WE DO NOT DERIVE OUR FUNDAMENTAL NATURAL RIGHTS FROM GOVERNMENTS AND STATES.  WE ARE BORN WITH THESE RIGHTS AS GIFTS FROM OUR CREATOR.  THEREFORE, GOVERNMENTS DO NOT “GIVE” US OUR RIGHTS AS SET OUT IN THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.  THEY CANNOT THEREFORE TAKE THEM AWAY BY DECLARATIONS OF PANDEMICS OR SUDDEN “EMERGENCIES.”  WE HAVE A RIGHT TO THE SANCTITY OF OUR BODY, TO BE FREE FROM UNREASONABLE SEARCHS AND SEIZURES, DUE PROCESS, ETC.
